The organization brings together diverse stakeholders to promote evidence-based interventions, advocacy, and community-driven initiatives aimed at reducing vulnerability, strengthening social systems, and enhancing public safety. It also serves as a platform for collaboration, capacity building, policy engagement, and information sharing among partners committed to addressing emerging challenges related to crime and substance abuse, particularly among youth and vulnerable populations.
